To ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we partner with a trusted network of international and domestic carriers. Depending on your location and order size, we may use the following carriers:

  • DHL Express –  Providing fast and reliable international shipping services
  • FedEx  – Providing delivery services for time-sensitive goods worldwide
  • UPS –  for domestic and international freight
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)  – Standard domestic transportation within the United States
  • Local postal services  – in some areas, they offer the most efficient delivery services.

We carefully select carriers based on speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

Processing and shipping time

Once the order is submitted, our team will begin processing it immediately.

  • Processing time:  Orders generally take  a maximum of 14 business days  to process before they can be shipped.
  • Order Verification:  To prevent fraud, some orders may require verification. This may slightly extend processing time.
  • Shipping Notice:  Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number and carrier details via email so you can track the shipment of your goods.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, special promotions, or for customized items. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Transportation time

Delivery time depends on your location, the shipping method you choose, and local customs procedures. Below is our estimated delivery time range:

USA

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited delivery: Delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment.

Canada and Mexico

  • Standard delivery: 7-14 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited delivery: Delivery within 5-10 business days after shipment.

Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.)

  • Standard delivery: 7-15 business days after shipment.
  • Express delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment

Other countries in the Americas (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.)

  • Standard shipping: Delivery within 10–21 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited delivery: Delivery within 5-12 business days after shipment.

Other parts of the world (Asia, Australia, Africa, Middle East)

  • Standard shipping: Delivery within 10–25 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited delivery: Delivery within 5-12 business days after shipment.

Note:  The shipping time is an estimate. Actual shipping time may vary due to customs clearance, regional logistics delays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will continuously monitor the shipment status and will notify you promptly of any delays.

Shipping costs are determined based on your total order amount, shipping address, and chosen shipping method:

  • Free standard shipping is available   once your order reaches the minimum purchase amount .
  • Express or expedited delivery services require an additional fee.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Important Note:  International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are borne by the recipient. We advise customers to familiarize themselves with local import regulations beforehand.
